“I started with my fitness journey in March with Jameice. My intentions were to really focus on a summer body and quick results. I started seeing results by my third week with Jameice, and now I have been a loyal client into 6 months. Her constant support and love for fitness shines through our virtual calls. She pushes me and motivates me with her music, style, and love for total health. My favorite part of class is how are you? This allows me to refocus and prepare for the fun yet really hard workout! This is my 5th week….

working out with Jameice and it has been an amazing experience. She’s very good at creating a routine that is tailored to your current fitness level, but challenge you to get stronger. She regularly checks in throughout the week to make sure that I’m keeping up with my supplemental workouts. After my first 4 weeks, I was down 12 pounds, I was able to stop my blood pressure medication, and my blood sugar is longer in the pre-diabetes range. I’m excited to see how much more progress I make!
